Every year I have the privilege of photographing Lakeport Dance Center’s advanced dancers. They are so elegant and beautiful. I love to watch them all dance and create motion and art on the stage. Thank you for your amazing dance skills. Thank you to the teachers that give them the encouragement and awesome choreography!

I grew up a dance mom. I was able to go to every dance recital from the time my daughter turned 4 till she was 18. She then went on to dance at Mendocino College for a couple years. I so miss her on the stage performing. She is now teaching dance at Lakeport Dance Center with her former dance teacher, and the director of LDC, Antoinette Goetz. She also started a small dance company called Bizi Dance Co. along with Brianna Rojas. It has been a journey. I still get to go to every recital and it warms my heart that all these beautiful women make such a difference in all the dancers lives. Of course I cannot forget the newest member of the dance teacher team Lyndsay. She is teaching my grandchildren! It looks like I will have many more years of dance to see! Lucky me! Enjoy the photos.
