What a precious bundle of joy. Baby Camellia Eliana born October 24, 2022. She was named after a flower. Here parents were in debate on her name for a bit. They waited till after her birth to name her. I think they wanted to make sure the name would fit her. Since her mother was also named after a beautiful flower they were thinking a flower. Her mother’s name is Iris. I shoot newborn photography in Sonoma county, Napa, Lake County and throughout Northern California. I am blessed every day to create memories such as this session with these lst time parents so that they may have these memories to cherish for ever. I think its best to do the session within 2 weeks of birth since your newborn will sleep more within those two weeks. You want baby to sleep so it is much easier to pose them. Baby Camellia was awake a lot though because she knew something was happening. Sometimes sessions take just a bit longer to get those few beautiful moments that make it worth the wait. I am able to come to your location or you can come to me and we can set up the perfect little newborn session. Make sure to give me a heads up on your estimated date of arrival (baby’s birth) of course it is always a close guestimate and we will mark you in the calendar for at least that week!
